Last updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Ablooma.
Ablooma is a matchmaking platform that connects patients with independent licensed therapists. Ablooma does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or clinical treatment of any kind. We are a technology company that facilitates introductions — not a healthcare provider.
Ablooma is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or facing a crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 immediately. Our questionnaire includes crisis screening — if you indicate immediate danger, we will redirect you to emergency resources before any matching occurs.
Every therapist listed on Ablooma is an independent, licensed practitioner. They are not employees, contractors, or agents of Ablooma. We verify credentials at onboarding (license type, state licensure, and active status), but we are not responsible for the clinical decisions, quality of care, or conduct of any therapist on the platform. The therapeutic relationship is between you and your therapist.
While our matching algorithm is designed to suggest the best possible fit based on your responses, we cannot guarantee that any therapist will be the right match. Finding the right therapeutic relationship sometimes requires multiple attempts. There is no limit on re-matching, and we encourage you to try again if your first match doesn't feel right.
By using Ablooma, you consent to sharing relevant portions of your questionnaire data with matched therapists. This includes your presenting concerns, therapy preferences, insurance information, and scheduling availability — but never your raw questionnaire responses or individual scores. You can review exactly what therapists will see before confirming any match.
Free 15-minute intro calls are provided as a courtesy to help patients and therapists assess compatibility. These calls are not therapy sessions and do not establish a therapeutic relationship, clinical record, or treatment plan. No clinical notes are taken during intro calls, and no insurance is billed.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all personally identifiable information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Therapists who join Ablooma agree to: maintain active licensure in all states listed on their profile, respond to intro call requests within 48 hours, conduct themselves professionally during all interactions facilitated by the platform, and not solicit patients for services outside the Ablooma platform during the intro call period.
Ablooma provides a technology platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ablooma is not liable for: the quality of care provided by any therapist, outcomes of therapy sessions arranged through the platform, technical disruptions to the service, or decisions made based on information available on the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
