Ablooma for Institutions

Build the provider access your students are missing.

Identify the gaps. Develop the network. Keep access information useful. Ablooma helps your institution build accessible mental-health provider supply with evidence behind it.

Public Ablooma is free. Institutional funding never influences matching.

The problem behind the referral

A referral is only useful if appropriate care is actually available.

An ASL checkbox does not tell your team whether a therapist signs directly, is licensed where a student is located, has relevant experience or is accepting clients.

A list gives you names. Someone still needs to substantiate the access, maintain the information and develop supply where there are no useful options.

What an engagement builds

Your hardest access gaps become a work plan.

Start with a defined population and geography. Choose a small number of priorities. Make the work inspectable, from baseline to ongoing maintenance.

  1. 01

    Define the need

Agree the states, communication methods, population and priorities.

  2. 02

    Assess the options

Separate listed profiles from reviewed, current supply and unknown information.

  3. 03

    Develop the network

Recruit providers, review accessibility and credentials, and publish qualifying records.

  4. 04

    Maintain and account

Refresh availability, support launch and report completed work, safe aggregates and remaining gaps.

The difference between free and funded

A scoped institutional engagement

  • Coverage assessment and priority gap evidence
  • Recruitment, verification and maintenance work
  • Neutral referral entry and launch support
  • A named service contact and executive work report

Terms depend on scope. No exclusive providers, reserved appointments or recruitment guarantee.

Trust is structural

Understand access
without watching students.

Institutions receive reviewed aggregates, not individual intake answers, therapy goals, diagnoses, messages or identifiable recommendations. Small groups and unsafe breakdowns are withheld.

Therapists and institutions cannot pay to change matching. Resource sponsorship and affiliate relationships stay separate from clinical recommendations. All qualifying providers enrich one public network.

Evidence before claims

A demonstration of the model.
An invitation to test the value.

The university, provider evidence and results in this concept are fictional. They are not published customer outcomes.

A real engagement begins with a scoped baseline, an agreed work plan and a named institutional owner. Review the methodology before accepting a claim of coverage.
